The staff are knowledgeable and don't count people as numbers so to speak, rather they interact with each student and know them by name. For me I only wanted part time hours and had benefits from elsewhere so this job worked out great for me. The staff here are very dynamic and willing to accept the constant challenge of a rapidly growing program. The environment is fast-paced, and the work is meaningful.
